Create Wallet Multi-Currency Card Purse – Function CreateCardPurse
Creates a purse account for an existing multi-currency Card. The multi-currency Card must have previously been assigned to a Wallet using the CardAPI function CreateCardholderWallet.
A 9-bin purse account will be created under the Binclient assigned to the currency code specified, and this account will be associated as a purse available for use through the designated Card.
The Cardholder identification is passed to this function as either the PAN or the Cardholder ID alternate identifier (ALTID FLAG = H).
The Cardholder ID assigned to the newly created purse account will be returned in the response; this identification may be used for subsequent loading or transferring of funds to this purse account. By convention the purse card identifier will be the multi-currency Card’s Cardholder ID with a suffix of the account’s currency code.
