We are pleased to confirm that we completed our annual PCI DSS certification renewal for 2024, solidifying our commitment to the highest standards of payment security. This certification highlights our dedication to protecting our customers’ sensitive payment card data against the ever-evolving threats in the digital payment landscape.
The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) has recently transitioned to version 4.0, marking a significant evolution in security requirements to address emerging threats and technological advancements.
As of April 1, 2024, all organisations must comply with PCI DSS 4.0, which includes 64 new requirements focused on enhancing security measures such as multi-factor authentication (MFA), stronger password policies, and advanced encryption techniques for stored sensitive data.
DPG’s attainment of this certification not only demonstrates our adherence to these stringent standards but also showcases our proactive approach to security. With the updated PCI DSS 4.0, we have implemented robust measures to protect cardholder data, including regular reviews of access privileges, automated processes to prevent phishing attacks, and comprehensive management of web application security.
This achievement underscores our role as a leading partner in the digital payment industry, ensuring that we continue to provide a secure environment for our customers. As we move forward, DPG remains committed to maintaining and exceeding these standards, ensuring our clients and their data are safeguarded with the utmost diligence.
